As a new client of our practice, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.  We will always take new local patients and clients, but in order to provide good service to our existing clients, we may limit new clients on a geographic basis if we are booking too far into the future.  Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available.  Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

You will normally see a Veterinarian first who will ask questions to take a history, perform an examination, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics if needed, and then make a treatment plan.  You may then see a Registered Veterinary Technician who will discuss how to administer medication, provide further educational information, and answer any further questions you may have.

If we are running behind or busy with an emergency, you may also start by seeing a Registered Veterinary Technician first who will act as the eyes and ears for the Veterinarian, and will take a history, and perform an initial examination.  Then either a veterinarian will see you next to perform a more in-depth examination, or after conferring with a veterinaian, the RVT may perform some follow-up tests as the request of the Dr.  In some cases routine health and vaccination check-ups may be performed entirely by our RVT’s so long as there are no health concerns.

Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.

We are excited to meet you and your human and animal family members!
